BIM Manager

Job Description:

As the BIM Manager at Right Construction Pte Limited, you will oversee the Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes to support project delivery from design through construction. You will lead the development and implementation of BIM strategies, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure BIM standards are maintained to improve project efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage BIM execution plans and standards for projects.
• Coordinate BIM workflows across architecture, engineering, and construction teams.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and resolve clashes detected during clash detection processes.
• Manage the integration of BIM with project management systems and construction processes.
• Support project teams with BIM modelling, visualization, and data extraction.
• Ensure accurate and timely updating of BIM models and associated documentation.
• Provide training and technical support to project staff on BIM tools and processes.
• Keep abreast of the latest BIM technologies, tools, and industry best practices.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM management or coordination within construction projects, preferably in HDB constructions.
• Strong proficiency with BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
• Experience in clash detection, 3D modelling, and BIM project delivery.
• Good understanding of construction workflows and integration of BIM in project lifecycle.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with local building codes, standards, and construction practices is a plus.
