Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare a variety of dishes with high quality and presentation.
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Create and update menus based on seasonality and customer preferences.

Job Requirements:

• Proven minimum 3 years working experience as a chef or cook.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, safety, and sanitation.
• Leadership and time management skills.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Willing to work during weekend and public holidays.
