Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and maintenance
- Handle office administration, including document filing and management
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and calendar management
- Assist with office procurement and inventory management
- Support HR-related administrative tasks
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners
- Organize company events and team activities
- Manage office correspondence and communications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- More than 1 year of work experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong command of both English and Chinese for effective communication in a multicultural setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous startup experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
