Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and maintenance
  • Handle office administration, including document filing and management
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and calendar management
  • Assist with office procurement and inventory management
  • Support HR-related administrative tasks
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners
  • Organize company events and team activities
  • Manage office correspondence and communications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • More than 1 year of work experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong command of both English and Chinese for effective communication in a multicultural setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous startup experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
