Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle sales orders, quotations, invoices, and delivery arrangements
  • Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, accounts, operations) to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery
  • Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email in a professional manner
  • Support the sales team in preparing reports and tracking sales performance
  • Assist with after-sales service and follow-up when required

Requirements:

  • Fresh Grad Welcome
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with social media marketing
