About the Project

Migration of Enterprise environment server and network transitions

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules with various stakeholders and track the progress

• Coordinate timelines on all deliverables

• Track on team’s activities and provide weekly updates/reports

• Provide support efforts with various teams and management to arrange on implementation support, migration and post-migration activities

• Assist with the preparations of documentation required for the project implementation and migration activities

• Conduct briefings/meetings with across various teams, stakeholders and/or external vendors minimally, but not limited to project updates, implementation progress, migration support and post-migration activities.

• Support day to day operations by triaging problems and routing them to the correct teams, or addressing with current protocol, and aid in documentation
  

Skills/Requirement

• Previous project coordination experiences of at least 3 years

• Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience of at least 3 years

• Ability to work in a team environment

• At least 5 years of experience in IT networks and implementation (Wintel, Unix and Storage) projects

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or business-related field

• Preferred experience in Business Process Outsourcing Management or Operations, Vendor Management, Project Management tools and principles
