Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential consignors, resellers, and buyers of secondhand luxury products.
  • Maintain positive relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat consignment and customer loyalty.
  • Schedule and participate in client consultations, either online or in-store.

2. Sales Support & Lead Generation

  • Support the senior BD team in executing outreach campaigns and promotions to drive traffic and inquiries.
  • Follow up on sales leads generated through marketing, social media, and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

3. Market Research & Trend Analysis

  • Conduct research on current luxury fashion trends, pricing benchmarks, and emerging resale markets.
  • Monitor competitor activities and prepare summary reports for internal reviews.

4. Consignment Support

  • Assist with the intake process of luxury goods for consignment, including verifying item categories and preliminary condition checks.
  • Communicate authentication requirements and pricing policies to consignors under guidance from the product or pricing team.

5. Administrative & Reporting Tasks

  • Prepare sales performance reports, inventory updates, and weekly progress summaries for the BD team.
  • Help coordinate meetings, presentations, and proposals for strategic partners and B2B clients.

6. Collaboration with Marketing and E-commerce Teams

  • Provide input on customer preferences and feedback to help shape marketing and social media strategies.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for promotions, product listings, or client-specific campaigns.

7. Learning & Development

  • Stay updated on the luxury industry, including brand history, authentication basics, and resale value drivers.
  • Attend internal training sessions to develop product knowledge and sales communication skills.

8. Communication and Customer relationships

  • Strong communication skills with internal and external customers
  • Good Chinese language (speaking, listening and writing) is an advantage.
