Business Development - Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team in managing and growing client relationships in the China market.
• Provide research and background analysis on Chinese businesses, regulatory updates, and target clients.
• Assist with client engagement activities, including presentations, proposal development, and follow-ups.
• Draft and review marketing materials, pitch decks, and service agreements tailored for Chinese-speaking clients.
• Coordinate client onboarding processes with internal teams such as compliance and operations.
• Set up and maintain client profiles in Quantios, including entity administration and billing information.
• Participate in industry events, webinars, and networking functions relevant to the Chinese business and investment community.
• Provide general administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling, document preparation, and internal coordination as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• 0–2 years of experience in business development, legal services, corporate services, or related fields.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Demonstrated understanding of Chinese business culture and international client expectations.
