Solution Analyst

The Data Mart Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and performance of the organizational data warehouse systems. This role involves troubleshooting, monitoring, and optimizing data warehouse processes, supporting ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) operations, and assisting users with data related issues.

• At least 8~10 years of experience in Banking sector with Application Production support background. Knowledge in Wealth Management is an advantage.
• Able to demonstrate team skills with an proven ability to communicate with clients, business, vendors, management and project team at all levels.
• High level working experience in relational databases such as Oracle(EXCC) and SQL server
• Proficiency in SQL for querying, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Able to understand and debug Oracle procedures, function and triggers.
• Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS) and data pipeline management.
• Understanding of data warehouse concepts, star/snowflake schemas, and dimensional modeling.
• Experience with cloud based data warehouses (Google BigQuery) is a plus.
• Unix file systems, commands, shell scripting development and trouble shooting
• Windows systems, batch scripting development and trouble shooting
• Oracle PL/SQL queries development and trouble shooting
  Managing / monitoring Control M and Tivoli/Geneos monitoring tools
• JAVA and .NET Scripting & knowledge.
