SALES & MARKETING ASSISTANT

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our marketing, e-commerce, and retail sales activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative and analytical tasks, and is keen to grow in digital marketing, e-commerce management, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts , including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and assisting with content creation.

• Handle daily operations for e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon), including uploading listings, managing promotions, and updating pricing or inventory.

• Assist the Retail Business Manager with reporting, sales tracking, and general administrative support.

• Coordinate and respond to requests from customers and retail partners for digital assets (product images, descriptions, barcodes, etc.).

• Support expansion of product listings on third-party platforms such as Watsons and Guardian Online.

• Support the execution of sales and marketing events , product launches, and trade promotions.

• Prepare presentation decks, samples, and point-of-sale materials (POSM) for sales meetings or campaigns.
