The company offers end-to-end, integrated, and secured logistics services including sourcing and procurement, ordering and inventory control, acceptance, and quality control.


About the Role

As Deputy Manager of Business Process Improvement, you will drive business process improvements and support the company’s strategic goals through Business Excellence initiatives, Continuous Improvement (CI) projects, and sustainability efforts.


Job Responsibilities

1. Business Process Re-engineering (BPR)

  • Lead process redesign projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with departments to reduce waste and enhance workflows.
  • Use tools like process mapping and AI technology to optimize operations.
  • Create a centralized library of processes and improvements.

2. Continuous Improvement (CI)

  • Promote a Lean Six Sigma and change management culture across the company.
  • Run CI projects to cut costs, boost productivity, and enhance accuracy.
  • Support implementation of structured CI tools like LEAN and Business Process Management.

3 . Certification & Compliance (ISO-related)

  • Support ISO certification efforts (e.g., ISO 9001, 45001), audits, and compliance activities.
  • Conduct risk assessments and crisis simulation exercises.
  • Monitor and ensure timely renewal of licenses and certifications

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field.
  • ISO Auditor certification (Internal Auditor is essential; Lead Auditor is a bonus).
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
  • 5+ years' experience in logistics/supply chain or lean manufacturing, with hands-on experience in BPR and CI.
  • Skilled in MS Office tools, especially Power BI.
  • Experience in sustainability is a plus
