As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are seeking a proactive and driven Assistant Marketing Manager to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to fund promotion initiatives and support a growing base of institutional and individual clients.

Assistant Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team and institutional distributors to promote our funds.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients. Actively participate in targeted marketing campaigns.
• Support marketing and sales efforts through events, roadshows, and other promotional activities.
• Handle day-to-day inquiries from clients, fund administrators, and potential investors.
• Create and maintain high-quality marketing materials, including presentations, newsletters, and fund factsheets.
• Manage updates to the company website, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate fund subscription and redemption processes
Assist with various ad hoc projects and assignments as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in the financial services or asset management industry.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Mandarin essential due to regular interaction with Chinese-speaking clients from Mainland China.
• Strong multitasking and time-management abilities, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Self-motivated, independent, and solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
