About the Role
The company is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of its digital learning products. This role involves close collaboration across design, engineering, and business teams to define impactful features that align with the organization’s mission. It offers significant autonomy, ownership, and the opportunity to influence digital learning experiences across the region.

For candidates with a strong background in both product leadership and engineering management , there is potential for a broader leadership scope that includes overseeing cross-functional teams and driving end-to-end execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities using insights from users, market trends, and business needs
• Lead the product development lifecycle using agile methodologies
• Create clear and actionable Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), leveraging AI tools where suitable
• Conduct market research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
• Monitor product performance using data and define success metrics
• Collaborate with engineering to scope and deliver high-quality releases
• Manage backlog and workflows using project management tools (e.g., Jira), integrating AI tools for improved efficiency
• (Optional) Provide cross-functional leadership, including engineering, for candidates with relevant experience

Who You Are

• Experienced in product management, ideally in tech, SaaS, or education technology
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver user-centric solutions
• Familiar with tools like Jira and AI-driven platforms to enhance productivity and documentation
• Strong communicator with excellent prioritization and organizational skills
• Thrive in dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environments
• Passionate about the future of education and the role technology plays in learning
• (Preferred) Background in engineering or technical team leadership is a plus for broader role consideration
