Corporate Brand Designer

Job Overview:
MiAO WORLDS is seeking a talented and creative Corporate Brand Designer to join our team. This role is essential in shaping and enhancing our company's brand through the production of innovative visual content and the development of effective communication strategies. The ideal candidate will create compelling graphics and videos for overseas social media platforms and internal communications, contributing to our brand perception and influence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract and distill core information from MiAO WORLDS' Visual Identity (VI) to strengthen the company's brand.
• Plan and produce creative visual content, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia, specifically tailored for overseas social media platforms and internal communications to enhance brand perception.
• Develop and implement innovative communication strategies that bolster brand influence, utilizing data monitoring to optimize engagement and reach.
• Participate in employer brand research and assist in the iteration of the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), ensuring alignment with our company vision.
Collaborate in producing brand materials based on thorough analysis of trends and insights within the gaming industry

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field.
• Local and fluency in English and Mandarin preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in brand design, marketing, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and innovative communication strategies.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Experience with social media content creation and strategies, especially for international markets, is a plus.
