Assistant Vice President - Finance & Operations

What It's About

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated full-time Assistant Vice President to join our Fund Finance team. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Fund Finance and be responsible for overseeing and managing the Fund Administrator, mentoring junior staff members, and handling a wide range of finance and operations responsibilities, including:

• Subline and cash managements

• Coordination and opening of new facilities with lenders

• Coordination and review of funding/repayment process with fund administrator/lenders

• Liquidity analysis for efficient cash usage

• Lender ongoing relationship management

• Fund and SPVs Administration

• Capital activities planning and review

• Management fees quarterly review

• Operations

• Coordination/review of expense process with fund administrator

• Singapore and Cayman entities capitalizations preparation/review

• Financial Reporting

• Review of quarter end management accounts, financial statements, quarterly letters and capital account statements

• Review and ensure compliance with ACRA

• Assist with year-end audit coordination

• Tax Reporting and Compliance

• Ensuring compliance with quarterly and annual tax reporting

• Deal Closing/Operations Support

• Incorporation of new entities and opening of new facilities

• Preparation and execution of deal/KYC/due diligence documents and ongoing KYC refreshers

• Handling of corporate secretarial matters

• Relationship management with key business partners including Investment team, Corporate Finance team, Fund Administrator and Banks
  

What We Expect

• High energy, high integrity enthusiastic self-starter

• Bachelor’s degree with Accounting & Finance

• 7 years plus working experience with relevant experience in Big 4 and fund management firms would be advantageous

• Able to complete projects on time and accurately, and be able to multitask

• Strong work ethics and professional demeanour

• Effective communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Microsoft Excel)

• An apt for tools and technologies in process efficiency is advantageous
