- Lead a group of workers by assigning them job and duty, checking/supervising their works
- Take instruction from site management with regards to work arrangement, workers management
- and disseminate information to workers under their charge
- Inspect materials that are delivered on site to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Procure construction materials at the right time to ensure work is not hampered by materials shortage.
- Supervise workmen to ensure that work is performed safely and on time.
