WSH Officer (Civil)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Report to Safety Manager
• Implement, monitor, and improve site safety management system
• Support management on safety issues
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure HSE compliance
• Lead incident investigations and ensure timely reporting
• Oversee all HSE activities and enforce company safety rules
• Maintain proper HSE documentation and communication
• Ensure HSE compliance with ISO standards
• Prepare reports and presentations for management

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health or equivalent
• MOM WSHO license
• Proficient in MS Office and IT tools (e.g., Google Forms)
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience post-registration, preferably with LTA projects
• Experience in civil road works and heavy lifting
