Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis , identifying trends and providing strategic recommendations.
• Develop and utilize financial models to forecast business performance and aid decision-making.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, and risk management to ensure financial stability and growth.
• Communicate financial insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, financial standards, and company policies.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration .
• Certifications: CFA, CPA, or ACCA preferred
• Experience in big4 audit firm is advantageous

Skills:

• Proven leadership and management experience within financial teams.
