Project Manager

Job Title : Project Manager (Metal Works / Construction)

Location : Singapore
Employment Type : Full-Time
Permit Type : Malaysian (Eligible for S Pass or Work Permit)
Working Hours : Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary Range : SGD $2,000 – $2,500 (based on experience)

We specialize in comprehensive steel works , offering high-quality metal finishing and structural fabrication services for both residential and commercial projects. With in-house facilities and a dedicated team, we ensure precision, durability, and excellence in every build.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee metal and roofing work projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to ensure smooth operations
• Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, and materials
• Conduct site inspections , ensure work quality, and resolve issues on-site
• Track project progress and report to management weekly
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards
• Assist in preparing quotations , BOQs, and documentation as needed
• Provide leadership to the site team and supervise multiple projects if required

Requirements :

• Malaysian citizen with eligibility for S Pass or Work Permit in Singapore
• At least 1 –2 years of experience in construction or metal works project management
• Strong knowledge of roofing, structural steel, or renovation works
• Able to read construction drawings and site measurements
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, WhatsApp for work coordination , and basic reporting
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory) :

• Experience in residential A&A projects or interior fit-outs
• Understanding of Singapore building codes and safety practices
