Andy Fisher Workshop Pte Ltd (AFW) is a Singapore-based design consultancy offering integrated architectural and interior design services across SE Asia and the world. We are seeking applicants with proven experience in hospitality, commercial, residential or mixed-use projects, for the role of Interior – FF&E Designer in our growing studio.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop interior concepts for hospitality, commercial projects, or residential
  • Curate, specify and schedule FF&E packages aligned with design intent and project budgets
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and consultants for sourcing and procurement
  • Prepare mood boards, sample boards, and detailed FF&E schedules
  • Ensure design quality and consistency throughout all phases of the project
  • Develop, organize and execute design solutions through to completion, within guidelines of client / hotel operators
  • Work closely with the whole team to deliver design presentations and technical packages within timelines
  • To coordinate and communicate with clients and consultants


Role Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience
  • Solid portfolio showcasing interior and FF&E work
  • A flair for design and sensitive to details.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and furnishings
  • Excellent communication and project coordination skills
  • Ability to multi-task, be flexible to changes, and meet given deadlines.
  • A good team player – communicative, self-motivated and willing to take initiative
  • Relevant educational qualifications (degree/diplomas/professional accreditation)
  • Excellence in AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D, and presentation software
