Product Specialist (HVAC)

Benefits Summary:

• Basic up to $4000
• Monday to Friday: 8am – 5.30pm
• Location: West

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Senior Manager (SM) and General Group Manager (GGM) to review and finalize sales proposals, ensuring that all specifications offered align with the company's scope and capabilities.
• Prepare and deliver accurate, well-structured quotations and proposals to clients in a timely manner.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to present and promote the company's products and services effectively.
• Collect and analyze feedback from clients or prospects, and communicate relevant insights to internal teams for continuous improvement.
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on understanding and addressing their specific needs and expectations.
• Support the achievement of overall sales growth targets through proactive engagement and business development strategies.
