Skilled Wood Carving Artist with Carpentry Experience

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Wood Carving Artist with a strong foundation in carpentry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience crafting detailed wood carvings and performing general carpentry tasks. This role requires precision, artistic ability, and a deep understanding of woodworking techniques and tools.

• Design and carve detailed wood pieces using hand tools and power tools
• Create custom decorative elements (e.g., panels, moldings, sculptures)
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and design plans
• Construct, assemble, install, or repair wooden structures and frameworks
• Collaborate with designers, architects, or clients to bring creative visions to life
• Maintain tools and workshop in clean, safe working condition
• Ensure high standards of craftsmanship and finish quality
• Create detailed hand-carved designs on wood surfaces (e.g., furniture, panels, trim).
• Use carving tools such as chisels, gouges, mallets, and knives with precision.
• Replicate traditional or custom ornamental patterns.
