Job Description

  • Issuance of spare parts and consumables
  • Plan, route, and schedule trucking operations to optimize efficiency and meet service standards
  • Track job progress, provide reporting, and resolve disputes between transporter and clients
  • Receiving of incoming inbound shipment
  • Generate delivery order for next day delivery
  • Perform monthly/semester and annual stock check
  • Review completed jobs for accurate billing, providing finance with all necessary charge details
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Superiors

Job Requirement

  • GCE ‘O’ Level/Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS office applications
  • 1 year of working experience or more in the related field or similar position
  • Positive and patient
