- Identify and develop new business opportunities in recruitment and consulting services.
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their hiring and business needs.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and expand service reach.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements for clients.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Work closely with internal teams (consultants and recruiters) to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote company services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company goals.
- Track business development activities and provide regular reports to management.
- Support branding and marketing efforts including digital presence and promotional campaigns.
