Job Title: Coordinator

Work Location: Island wide Singapore
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $ 2200 to $ 3500
Work Week: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Coordinator to support our construction and manpower operations. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise painting-related projects and workers
• Assist project manager in scheduling site activities
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of painting jobs
• Assist in procurement and delivery of painting materials
• Monitor work progress and quality, ensuring compliance with safety and specifications
• Prepare and manage project documents, work orders,and daily reports
• Project Forecasting
• Procurement Management
• Support Work Pass applications and BCA submissions as required
• Perform other administrative and coordination duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma & Degree with relevant experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in coordination or admin role (Construction industry preferred)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Driving License Advantages
