ACCOUNTANT EXECUTIVE

We are a fast growing fruits and vegetable supplier, striving to innovate with technology in our traditional business establishment. To enhance our corporate office, we hope to hire a dynamic accounts trained executive, we are willing to grow, learn and florish with our company.

LOCATION : PASIR PANJANG / CHIN BEE (WEST)

5.5 DAYS WEEK

INDUSTRY : FOOD SERVICES / LOGISTIC

Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable Duites - preparing of payment to local supplier & oversea supplier.
• Prepare weekly payment report
• Inter company Billing using Xero accounting system.
• Prepare documentation / bookkeeping /filling for auditor
• Able to undertake role assign by senior accountant .
• Assist in all audit processes and work with auditors
• Knowledge of full set account will be advantage
• Good knowledge of Xero , shopify and Unleashed preferred

Requirements:

• Degree OR Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualification, with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Xero and its apps.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft office , Excel / Words
• Positive working attitude, meticulous with accuracy & efficiency.
• Able to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
• Willingness to search for new tech solution to enable a smoother accounting process.
