Bake pastries and desserts such as croissants, puffs, tarts, muffins, and cakes.
Measure and weigh ingredients accurately according to recipes.
Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure consistent quality.
Maintain cleanliness of baking tools, equipment, and workstations.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Decorate and glaze pastries as needed for visual appeal.
Assist in daily preparation and production for service or sales.
Check freshness of ingredients and report any shortages.
Work early morning shifts to ensure fresh products are ready.
