Mechanical Design Engineer

Design & Development:

• Design and develop high-precision semiconductor parts, tooling, and components for backend processes.
• Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD models (e.g., using SolidWorks, AutoCAD) that meet functional, performance, and manufacturability requirements.
• Review and maintain design documentation, including engineering drawings, specifications, and BOMs.
• Participate in project planning, timeline estimation, and resource allocation.
• Execute assigned design tasks while ensuring alignment with schedule, scope, and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, QA, and procurement teams to integrate designs into production seamlessly.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical design, especially in mold and precision component design for semiconductor equipment.
• Proficient in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and materials.
• Experience with prototyping, testing, and product lifecycle management.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in documentation and design.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
