Business Development Director

Responsibilities

• Setting goals and developing strategies and plans for business and revenue growth.
• Researching and tracking industry trends, market, and competitors' activities.
• Leading/managing the sales team by providing specialist advice on solutions/services.
• Meeting with key business stakeholders, preparing and leading presentations for business development.
• Networking, nurturing, and developing relationships with customers.
• Setting Sales KPIs, Sales Forecast, and Budget
• Spearheading customer credit evaluation and managing credit facilities for customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development.
• Possess good business acumen, drive, and self-motivation to succeed.
• Strategic thinker with strong influencing, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Able to relate to people of all backgrounds and educational levels.
• Organised with well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
