In-door Tele Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities:
1. Making outbound calls: Contacting potential customers to promote products or services, generate leads, and close sales.
2. Responding to inbound calls: Handling customer inquiries, answering questions, and converting leads into sales.
3. Product knowledge: Developing and maintaining knowledge of products or services to effectively communicate with customers.
4. Sales pitches: Delivering persuasive sales pitches to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and features of products or services.
5. Meeting sales targets: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
6. Data entry and management: Accurately recording customer interactions, sales data, and other relevant information in CRM systems.
7. Customer relationship building: Building and maintaining relationships with customers to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualities:
1. Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and listening skills to effectively communicate with customers.
2. Sales and persuasion skills: Ability to persuade and convince customers to purchase products or services.
3. Product knowledge: Strong knowledge of products or services to effectively communicate with customers.
