Coffee Shop Assistant Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities:-

1. Can work independently, efficiently, and can relay information and get things done fast.

2. Can communicate, work and train staffs

3. Can make traditional coffee, tea and beverages

4. Can handle customers complaints tactfully to reduce conflits

5. Can work long hours and stand in to serve food and drinks for absentee staff

6. Has basic IT knowledge to handle POS machine and handle cash collection

7. Ensure stocks are enough for daily operation and closing stocks accuracy

8. Ensure work place hygiene and cleanliness at all times

9. Assist in admin tasks when required
