Location: Yishun

Working Hrs: 42.5hrs/weekly


Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties

1. Manage General Office Counter

2. Answer phone calls and attend to visitors

3. Handle mail/packages and distribute notifications

4. Provide simple first aid and attend to unwell students

5. Prepare records and perform non-confidential data entry


Student Management Support

1. Process early dismissals

2. File forms

3. Data entry


Other Admin Tasks

1. Manage Graduation Certs collection

2. Support School Leaders, HODs, OM, and Admin Team with other duties.



Qualifications & Requirements:

(a) At least GCE “N” Level qualifications for the respective position in relevant field/area with preferably 3 years of working experiences in school.

(b) Excellent team-player who is organized, meticulous and with the ability to multi-task

(c) Strong communication and interpersonal skills

(d) Proficient in MS Office
