PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the production line to ensure daily production targets are met.

• Monitor production processes and resolve any issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure that all safety and quality standards are adhered to.
• Provide guidance and training to production staff.
• Implement and enforce operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Prepare and maintain production reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement necessary changes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor .
• Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
