Import and Export Job Description

Working Hours: 9am-6pm( 5days )

Location:Toa Payoh

  • Coordinate the movement of goods into and out of the country.
  • Handle customs documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers to arrange shipments.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the logistics of importing and exporting goods.
  • Ensure all shipments comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and review shipping documents such as invoices and packing lists.
  • Track and manage shipment status and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Negotiate rates and contracts with shipping companies and suppliers.

Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in import and export operations.
  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
