Salary: SGD 4,500 - SGD 5,500 per month

Contract type: Full time

Assist in raising service requests (e.g. ServiceNow) for firewall etc. under guidance of the PMs.

Assist in conducting System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) post vendor completion of the transition out from the current Oracle Java to ensure that the applications work as per expected.

Provide on-site support to application teams on the end point devices (e.g. Queue displays or gantry PCs) or application verification post Oracle Java transition to ensure that the application is working as per expected. Guidance and verification scripts will be provided to the resource.

Log, escalate, track and follow through with issues identified during the verification process till closure.

Liaise and work closely with vendors during project implementation and application testing, in accordance with project methodologies and policies.

Resource is expected to work on extended hours (e.g. overnight) and/or over weekends during cut-over.
