Job Description:

• Plan and execute promotion/sales campaign across e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada) and company’s online eStore.
• Coordinate with platform account managers for campaign submissions and resolve operational issues.
• Support smooth day-to-day operations and resolve any operational matters as they arise.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date product listings and inventory across platforms.
• Manage customer reviews and feedback, ensuring timely service recovery where needed
• Collaborate with different internal teams to plan and launch marketing/ sales campaign/ new product launches.
• Explore and manage new sales & marketing campaign opportunities to drive sales growth & brand visibility.
• Generate performance reports for analysis and strategic planning.
• Support any other ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in any field
• At least 1 year of experience in an e-commerce or sales related role.
• Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify platforms is an advantage (not mandatory).
• A self-starter who is driven, proactive, and eager to make a difference.
• Able to work well in fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
