CLEANING OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

We are a cleaning company looking for a suitable candidate to join our expanding team. If you have relevant field experience of at least 5 years this will be a perfect opportunity for you.

As an operations executive, you will report directly to the Operations Manager (OM) of the company. You will handle a team of Supervisors and cleaning staff. Once onboard, you will be given on job training to understand the company's workflow and processes .

Some of the main duties you will be expected to carry out are:

• Recruitment of cleaning staff, provision of training, assigning, and scheduling staff, coaching and disciplining all staff.
• Scheduling site visits to monitor the performance of the entire team. Meet and communicate with relevant clients and submit necessary field reports accordingly. You will have to maintain a strong communication channel with various clients via emails, mobile and site visits.
• Contribute to the operations by recommending various strategies and reviewing existing ones. Prepare and complete action plans, implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. Improvise and strategize workflow processes.
• Tackle problems and issues raised at the various worksites accordingly.
• Ensure all health and safety standards are complied with in accordance with the regulations.
• Manage relationships with clients. Serve as main contact point when and operational matters arise.
• You will be tasked to make critical operational decisions. Working closely with your OM, you will plan and strategize methods to forecast and solve problems.

Excellent communication skills is a must to maintain a good relationship with the ground staff, clients, and seniors of the company.

You will be tasked to do reports and assessments where required.

You should be mature, responsible, meticulous, self-driven and able to work in a challenging environment. This will yield a good and stable career progression.

You must have 3-5 experience in the cleaning field, a valid driving license and an education in any field that is directly related to operations management will be an added advantage.
