Partner with the best
As a Plant Finance Manager, you will drive the optimal performance (cost, fulfillment, quality, cash) and profitability through the Supply Chain and Project execution.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting site/region strategy and execution of manufacturing finance activities, coordinating planning, pacing, and closing activities.
- Owning P&L and balance sheet activities, including cost accounting, inventory controls, product fulfillment and COGS booking, functional costs, VCP/BCP, P&E, etc.
- Developing elaborated proposals for changing processes and procedures assessing the impact on directly related processes/functions.
- Handling communication to the team. Use of basic influencing skills to deliver on assigned goals.
- Providing services to the function or directly to the business.
- Handling the department work guided by procedures.
- Working on Plant monthly, quarterly and annual Mfg. financials survey to Singapore Government authorities.
- Handling Singapore government Economic development board (EDB) request to protect investment.
- Ensuring Plant property and other taxes benefits are maximized.
- Supporting statutory and internal audits assignments
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance (or a high school diploma / GED).
- Have a relevant experience in Manufacturing Operations or Cost accounting or controllership (EFO).
- Have an effective interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Have a proven effective problem identification and solution skills, analytical and organizational ability.
