Our client is an innovative eco-technology startup headquartered in Singapore in the search for a passionate HR & Admin Manager . This fast-growing company is leading the way in sustainable indoor environmental design, integrating air purification, urban agriculture, and wellness-focused ecological innovation.


As the business expands rapidly across Southeast Asia, they are looking for a dynamic HR & Admin to strengthen their internal operations and culture during this exciting growth phase.The suitable incumbent will thrive in a mission-driven, fast-paced startup setting. The role blends traditional HR operations and administrative oversight with strategic initiatives around sustainability communication, team development, and internal engagement.


Job Responsibilities:

HR Strategy & Operations

  • Design and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's direction.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
  • Drive employee engagement, performance, and retention initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with Singapore labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, leave management, and HR documentation.

Culture & Development

  • Support internal communications.
  • Encourage innovation, continuous learning, and cross-functional collaboration.

Administration & Office Management

  • Manage office operations, including facilities, utilities, and insurance.
  • Oversee company vehicle logistics and administrative coordination.
  • Provide operational support to the sales and marketing teams, including intern oversight.

Strategic Collaboration

  • Contribute to public-facing initiatives, such as branding and event planning.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on communication channels like social media and the company website.
  • Assist in aligning HR and admin operations to support international growth and innovation


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR and administrative
  • Strong understanding of Singapore HR laws and compliance standards
  • Fluency in mandarin to effectively liaise with regional stakeholders
