Project Manager

• Responsible for the overal implement and completion of construction projects within scheduled time and cost.
• Meet client quality requirement and comply with relevant government regulation
• Liaise and communicate closely with client representative and consultants
• Manage and monitor sub-contractor performance and ensure work deliver on schedule
• To lead, manage, monitor and motivate Project Team

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, recognized by PE Board
• Minimum 5 years experience in the construction industry
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
