Executive, Marketing & Project Management
Location: Singapore | Full-time


Position Overview

As the Executive of Marketing & Project Management, you'll play a key role in planning and executing successful event projects while leading marketing efforts that boost brand visibility and drive participation. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that also involves providing excellent customer service to participants throughout the event lifecycle. You’ll be managing timelines, marketing strategies, and client relationships—all while making an impact in the sporting events space.


What You’ll Do


Project Management

  • Develop and manage detailed event project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
  • Oversee event registration setup and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
  • Support on-site operations including setup, execution, and tear-down
  • Monitor project budgets and assist with post-event client invoicing
  • Conduct post-event reviews and prepare outcome reports

Client Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project cycle
  • Understand client objectives and ensure alignment in event planning
  • Provide expert consultation and manage expectations proactively

Marketing Campaigns

  • Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive event participation
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize for better results
  • Work closely with internal teams to synchronize marketing with event timelines

Digital & Social Media Management

  • Manage digital platforms including the company website and social media channels
  • Create and publish engaging content to boost brand presence and event registrations
  • Monitor analytics and provide insights to enhance digital strategies

Customer Service

  • Respond to participant inquiries across multiple channels promptly and professionally
  • Track and resolve issues, escalating when needed
  • Gather feedback and recommend service improvements based on insights

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in event management, marketing, or customer service
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and campaign execution
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with project management tools, CRM systems, and AI-based platforms
  • Creative problem-solver who can think on their feet
  • Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
  • Experience in the sporting events industry is a plus
