Planning and Design of Electrical / Mechanical engineering works for building services projects to deliver buildable design within a timely manner, and economical service to meet client’s requirement.
Check electrical plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculation.
Monitoring and ensuring that the work progress is within the schedules.
Follow the scope of work, construction schedule, budget plan and risk management matrix
Mobilize resources to roll out the construction program.
Preparation of M&E cost estimate base on approved design scheme.
Preparation of technical specifications and tender documentation.
Leading a team of information technology personnel, including engineers and technicians.
Addressing and resolving complaints and escalations related to systems and processes.
Creating standards, procedures‌ and guidelines on the use of products.
Analyze problems, diagnose malfunctions, and find solutions
Use various tools and equipment for diagnosis and repair
Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used
Ensure strict adherence to all workplace Health & Safety policies, legal and company regulations, with proper documentation and storage.
