Core Responsibilities

  • Lead account planning with strong plans and data driven sales projections- this includes ownership of account flow and the various sales planning tools, inputs into overall S&OP process

  • Be a business consultant to our customers, advising customers on business performance, insights from across broader LEGO business, aid in forecasting upcoming top-SKUs)

  • Drive channel and store execution excellence from assortment listing excellence, inventory management, in-store merchandising, and Through-The-Line campaign execution

  • Lead overall contract renewal process including negotiations

  • Ensure Business-As-Usual tasks are done on a consistent & timely basis – CTT claims, data collation and analysis, Credit Limit simulations, timely POs from customers)

  • Adhoc problem solving

Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor degree/diploma in business/marketing

  • Strong communication skills

  • Proven experience in key account management within the retail industry

  • Familiarity with duty-free shopping, airport retail, and other travel-related sales channels/In-depth understanding of the travel/retail market dynamics and trends in the APAC region

  • Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and driving sales growth

  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in contractual development

  • Strong analytical capabilities, with comprehensive understanding of consumer goods business to develop insights to develop account plans and identify business opportunities

  • Independent, driven and a self-starter – able to navigate through ambiguity

  • Appreciates and values collaboration and mutual feedback in ways of working
