Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our Korean BBQ restaurant . The role includes:

  • Overseeing daily restaurant operations during peak and off-peak hours
  • Coordinating front-of-house service flow and customer experience
  • Managing digital reservation, feedback and loyalty systems
  • Assisting with staff onboarding and training based on SOP developed
  • Working closely with the manager in piloting new menu concepts and service workflows

Requirements

  • Singapore-based Diploma or studied in Hospitality Management from a recognized local institution
  • At least 1 experience with equivalent in a Korean cuisine F&B
  • Strong understanding of Korean dining culture and BBQ service style
  • Demonstrated interest in customer loyalty systems and digital service tools (e.g., Google reviews, online queue/reservation)
  • Willingness to work weekends and public holidays , and flexible shifts including split-shift operation
