Summary:

• Salary up to $2600

Job Scope:

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and respond promptly to customer enquiries.
• Follow up on repair/replacement quotations and maintenance contracts.
• Manage the full order process: negotiation, closing, delivery, and payment follow-up.
• Schedule and confirm daily technician appointments; update system records.
• Coordinate with clients regarding delays, appointments, and service matters.
• Support the Service Department with administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates with Customer Service / Sales Admin or ANY other related experiences are welcome to apply
