JOB SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES


The primary focus of this position is:

1. Manage the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of existing customers.

2. Proactively engage with customers to ensure timely and successful renewals.

3. Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services e.g. recommend higher-tier plans and add-ons.

4. Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s offerings to effectively articulate value to customers.

5. Collaborate with the Support, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may affect renewal.

6. Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of renewal metrics and pipeline activities.

7. Maintain and update customer records and renewal activities in the CRM system.

8. Ensure timely processing of paperwork (e.g. Quotes or contracts) and invoicing.

9. Achieve or exceed renewal targets and KPIs set by the management team.

10. Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to help improve products, services and processes.

11. To grow the Company’s revenue and market share by meeting the assigned sales quota through aggressive sales and promotions of its products and services, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 and eMOBIQ, - Enterprise Mobility Solution.

12. Ensure Prompt and 100% payments from Customers.
