Job description
1. Store Operations
- Learn day-to-day store operations
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Handle cashiering, POS systems, and customer transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and retail standards.
2. Sales & Customer Service
- Engage with customers, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints.
- Learn sales techniques and product knowledge to drive revenue.
- Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements.
3. Team Supervision & Leadership
- Shadow store managers and assist in staff scheduling.
- Train and guide retail associates under supervision.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational strategies.
4. Merchandising & Inventory Control
- Assist in product displays.
- Learn stock ordering, receiving, and auditing processes.
