Our client is a leading MedTech company focused on transforming healthcare through innovation, advanced diagnostics, and patient-centered technologies. With a rapidly expanding global footprint, tthey are now seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Public Relations (Global) to elevate brand reputation, drive media engagement, and shape public narratives across key markets. As the Head of Public Relations, you will lead the company’s external communications strategy, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across global and regional media. You will manage all PR initiatives, crisis communications, and media relations while partnering with executive leadership to position the company as an industry leader in MedTech.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global and regional PR strategies to support business objectives, product launches, and thought leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with health, tech, and business media across target markets.
- Serve as the company's spokesperson or media liaison; prepare executive team for press briefings and interviews.
- Manage the development of press releases, media kits, editorial content, and opinion pieces.
- Oversee public perception during issues management and crisis communications.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, investor relations, regulatory, and government affairs teams.
- Monitor media coverage and industry trends; measure the impact of PR efforts using analytics and reporting tools. Manage PR agencies and external communications partners where applicable
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field; Master’s degree a plus.
- At least 10 years of public relations or corporate communications experience, with at least 3–5 years in the MedTech, healthcare, or life sciences sector.
- Proven experience managing PR strategy, media relationships, and brand reputation on a regional or global scale.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft strategic narratives.
- Strong crisis communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to work in a matrixed, fast-paced, and regulated environment. Experience managing PR agencies and external partners
