TasksTasks

  • Perform day-to-day operational tasks relating to employee life cycle, compensation, benefits, and talent management
  • Support talent acquisition through job advertisement, shortlisting, interviewing, verification and screening of candidates
  • Implement new hire onboarding and offboarding programs, and other initiatives, leveraging digitalisation, along the employee journey to bring about an enhanced experience
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and employment practices and implement changes to ensure compliance
  • Collaborate closely with Workplace Experience to support and implement employee engagement activities
  • Implement employee surveys and feedback sessions to understand employee issues and needs
  • Manage day-to-day employee inquiries and issues, escalating complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate levels

QualificationsQualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communication Studies, Psychology (or similar)
  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant HR working experience
  • Good knowledge of the specifics of employment law
  • Proven professional experience in project management, multi-stakeholder relationship management and implementation of staff engagement initiatives
  • Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
  • Preferably previous professional experience in multi-cultural environment
