Regional Financial Controller

Description

You will be part of the regional finance team in oversee the core financial operations for allocated markets/projects. You will work closely with the VP Finance and senior leadership to ensure financial integrity, drive operational efficiency, and support strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You will set up the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes in close collaboration with functional and regional leaders. You will provide commercial finance support to business units, enabling data-driven decision-making and investment planning. This is a high-impact role suited for a technically strong finance professional with global exposure and a proactive mindset.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA/CA or equivalent qualification is strongly preferred
• 8+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, international work exposure preferred
• Solid technical accounting skills, with hands-on experience in financial reporting, compliance, and audit processes
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills-confident, vocal, and collaborative across all levels of the organization
• Experience working in or with start-ups or high-growth companies, ideally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with the ability to build from the ground up and thrive in ambiguity
• Experience with ERP systems and automation tools is a plus
