Project Secretary
SEATRIUM (SG) PTE. LTD.

Responsibilities:
- Provide full secretarial service to client as per Project Contract Requirement
- Provide comprehensive and efficient administration and secretarial support to client
Handling and monitoring project files including confidential files
- Coordinate appointments, meetings and conferences
- Ensure efficient management of incoming and outgoing mails/materials
- HandIe travel and hotel/ accommodation arrangements
Requirements:
- A/O Level/ Nitec/ Higher Nitec/Diploma Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- AbIe to commit throughout the project
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Power Point Adequate skill in written and spoken English
- Positive working attitude, fast leaner
• Good team player and able to work independently • Good communication and interpersonal skill • Willing to work overtime
- 5 days work week

Mon - Thur: 8:00am - 5:15pm
Fri: 8:00am - 4:30pm
